Ethiopia, Russia and China have opted out the imposition of an immediate sanction against war-torn South Sudan, an Ethiopian diplomat has told Dire Tube. The diplomat who spoke with Dire Tube on a condition of anonymity said the three countries have held a separate discussion on the crisis in South Sudan along with the US Ambassador to the United Nations, Samantha Powers on March 13 in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
