On Wednesday Unions in Zimbabwe marked May Day amidst challenging economic woes including price hikes and massive joblessness which have left workers with little to celebrate. The southern African nation has been struggling with shortages of bread, fuel, and foreign currency, with inflation accelerating to almost 67 percent in March. What is causing this economic decline?
